Floatation therapy provides a weightless, soundproof and lightless solution to a busy or hectic schedule. Our sensory deprivation tanks are heated to a comfortable temperature and saturated with Epsom Salts, providing buoyancy so you float with ease. Rich in magnesium sulfate, one hour in the float pod will help boost blood circulation relieve body pain and lower stress levels, whilst leaving your skin feeling silky smooth.
Once suspended in the pod your mind will feel cut off from the outside world, limiting distractions from sight, sound and gravity. Your brain enters a slower wave pattern, encouraging your body into full system relaxation. Oxygen is delivered to your cells more efficiently helping your brain to achieve optimal function, allowing your body to heal and rejuvenate.
Whether you’re looking to relieve aches and pains, calm an anxious or overworked mind, sleep better or enhance your creativity, our floatation pods will help you to drift into your calm inner-self.
Our full-spectrum Infrared Sauna uses near, mid and far infrared technologies to optimise overall health and wellbeing by alleviating stress, detoxifying your body and improving cardio health.
Infrared rays safely penetrate deep under your skin to dissolve harmful substances accumulated in your body. The Infrared Rays will vitalize your cells and boost metabolism. The infrared waves also activate your sweat glands, which in turn triggers the body’s natural detoxification system, bringing benefits to both body and mind.
Our Infrared Sauna does not emit any of those harmful rays produced by sunlight – just natural healing light and heat. Infrared rays are of a similar wavelength to those which are naturally emitted by the human body. Most users feel rested, rejuvenated and re-energised after using our infrared saunas.
PandoraStar is one of the most advanced light machines of its kind, featuring 12 stroboscopic LEDs to guide the brain into a hypnogogic state within minutes. It’s an immersive light-based therapy designed to elevate you into a deep meditative state of relaxation.

Our chairs are designed to make you feel weightless and stress-free, whilst background music will guide you to experience a kaleidoscope of colours and psychedelic patterns.
Whole body Cryotherapy is a cold therapy treatment where the body is exposed to intensely chilled temperatures for a few minutes.
Your session will take place in our top-of-the-range, full body electrical chamber. It’s a dry, non-invasive and pain-free treatment which lasts for 3 minutes.

Enlightened, compassionate and progressive are a few of the core philosophies which describe Nima’s zest for life.
From childhood Nima has been intrigued by human behaviour and the psychology behind our thoughts, feelings and actions. These interests transpired following a volatile upbringing and a demanding teenage life, during which he developed anxiety, stress and depression.
Having established himself as a successful City of London lawyer where he worked the usual unforgiving hours in yet another demanding environment, Nima came to the realisation that this highly-pressurised, onerous working environment was not conducive to his long-term mental wellbeing.
Sparing any clichés, Nima began his journey into self-discovery opening himself up to a host of forward-thinking and organic relaxation techniques such as floating, light and sound therapy and guided meditation.
Nima comments on his experience as “Feeling grateful. In what felt like an eternity of emptiness, I have finally found contentment”.
These new tools and techniques allowed him to practice living in ‘the now’ and learning to accept and more importantly appreciate life, the good and the bad. He learned to stop overthinking and unnecessarily worrying thus greatly reducing the anxieties that had plagued him since childhood. Having shared his experiences with friends and colleagues and seeing that they were also benefiting, he developed the Nimaya MindStation® concept. The idea being to put the many tools and services under one roof so that there is something for everyone. We are all different and what works for one person may not for another, but he hopes that there will be something for everybody at our centre.
An avid motorcyclist and construction business owner, Jamie has had his fair share of injuries and accidents both inside and outside of the workplace. A serious road traffic accident in 2016 resulted in him breaking multiple limbs, fracturing his pelvis and sustaining a serious head injury.
Jamie was discharged from hospital after nine days and was determined to manage his injuries, pain and stress in the most holistic way possible. He had previously been introduced to Japanese Integrated Medicine over 15 years previously through his family and decided to return to his practitioner for help with his rehabilitation.
His arrived at his first treatment session post-accident barely able to walk, reliant on crutches. The treatment lasted two hours (treatments are usually 45 minutes) and involved acupuncture, manipulation, cranial sacral therapy and massage. He left the session walking unaided, remained without any painkillers, and returned to his construction work just two months after his accident.
Charmed by the magnetism of the legal world, Shyla spent a number of years training and developing her career in law. After several years working unkind hours in an aggressively competitive environment, she was left feeling mentally exhausted, unaccomplished and unfulfilled.
“Living with pressures from our daily lives whilst striving to achieve our personal goals can be tricky from time to time. We have to find balance in order to achieve contentment and happiness. Growing up in a spiritual environment, I was always taught to listen to my inner voice. Sometimes however, this voice is lost through the noise of external influences.
I came to the realisation that my career isn’t just a career for me. It is a lifestyle choice. The work I do, the people I surround myself with and the way I conduct myself define me as a person and in turn, this will define the legacy I leave into the world. Practicing daily contemplation and meditation has helped guide me over the past few years to be reasoned, more considerate and to unforgivingly love myself.
At Nimaya MindStation®, we encourage people to reconnect with their organic self and engage their creative senses through relaxation, reconfiguration and rejuvenation. Each of us face struggles often beyond our control, however we have the power the change the outcome and it all starts with our minds. Heaven isn’t a place – it’s a state of consciousness.”
Richard is a Tea Expert who delivers tea ceremonies in a variety of languages (English and Spanish) throughout the world. Tea Ceremonies are an active meditation, allowing individuals to be mindful in a shared experience with thousands of years of roots.
Richard’s interest in health and wellbeing stems from his experience of living and learning from doctors of Chinese Medicine in LA as well as overcoming obesity as a teenager. Vipassana is his current favorite meditation practice; it begins with ten days of guided meditation in noble silence and then can be used as a regular practice.
Richard has successfully combined his business background (he holds a first class degree in Business Information Systems) with a personal training qualification, and he has over 15 years of experience hosting events and talks for global companies such as HSBC, L’Oreal, and a number of leading universities on health, wellness and motivation. He is also the co-author of the book “F**K Dieting” (being launched November 2019).
He believes that Tea Ceremonies allow us to leave our weapons at the door. It’s a time to connect at the most basic level, to allow and to surrender.

Amber is a Craniosacral Therapist and Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner with a deep interest in how the physical body and emotional body connect.
